Screencasting

A screencast is a recording of what you choose to display on your screen, often including a voiceover. It will output as a video file that can be uploaded and shared online.

Screencasts can be used for a range of purposes including how-to demonstrations, presentations, assessment feedback and illustrating difficult concepts.

Screencasts allow you to engage with your audience in a way that can be clearer and can offer a more personal approach for things such as feedback.
