Start of Semester - Make sure your students can access the site

To allow for site development or housekeeping, any new site or site copied from a previous year is set to be unavailable to students. When you are satisfied that your site is ready to be made available to students, you can set your site to be available by following the instructions below:

Step 1: Go to the My SHU tab of shuspace and locate the Blackboard Sites channel.

Step 2: Click on the chevron  next to the name of the site you wish to make available. Sites that cannot be seen by students are marked '(Unavailable to students)'

Step 3: From the list of options, select Make available to students.

The site will now appear in shuspace for students who are enrolled on it.
